Last night I slept for about an hour and a half since I was in quite a bit more pain after this surgery than the mastectomy...who would have thought? After getting some stronger pain medication, I am feeling good again!! We had a good day, but everyone is TIRED! Leonor took Tennasyn to Jack Carter Pool to play in the toddler pools and Aimee and I stayed behind (I rested and Aimee entertained our little man!) He has really started enjoying his doorway jumper. My drain is lessening so hopefully I will get it removed early next week - yeah!! Anyway not much to report today, but everyday is a good day when you get to see your kids smile!

I love reading your words. I have read your entries over and over and I never get tired of looking at your pictures either.
I cannot emphasize the sincerity of my words when I say I believe you look more beautiful than I have ever seen you look before. In the midst of your pain and exhaustion through your words and photographs I see and feel your strength and radiant spirit. I love you so much and never doubt that I am always on your side cheering you on whether I am near or far.
And as I have shared with you before, the words that I have come to live by in both good times and in bad, "This too shall pass..." and it will and in your case I have great faith that peace and happiness are sure to follow.
